Tina is not only a wonderful realtor but she has become a lifelong friend. She goes above and beyond for her clients long after the house is bought or sold. She helped my father find the house of his dreams before he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The weekend of his funeral service, she had breakfast delivered to our house and even bought the grandkids cupcakes and cookies. We are so thankful to call Tina our realtor and friend.

Paige is amazing. We arrived in Florida from snowy New York dreaming about buying a second home in Florida. Paige actually showed us the type of houses we asked to see. Even better, she helped us refine our idea of what we would consider buying. She spent days with us, exploring the beauties as well as the disasters. We learned a lot. We also fell in love with a house. We were novices in how Florida real estate transactions work and Paige walked us through each step. We knew exactly what the timeline would be, what each document that we signed meant and what would happen next. Paige negotiated tactfully but forcefully on our behalf and let us know when she thought we weren’t acting in our own best interests. She quietly made sacrifices of her own to make sure the sale could move ahead. We got a solid deal. And then when it turned out that buying a house was not right for us at this time, she again negotiated on our behalf, saving our deposit and good relations with all parties. We cannot thank Paige enough for her kindness and professionalism and we look forward to the time when she will, again, find us our dream house.
