Paige has enjoyed a 20 year career in real estate sales, and management and returned to full time residential sales on Amelia Island when she and her husband Bob moved to Amelia Island from Annapolis, MD. She has her Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification (SRES), meaning she is trained to help home buyers and sellers over age 50 with topics including: senior housing options, reverse mortgages, downsizing and rightsizing, using pensions, 401(k) accounts, and IRAs in real estate transactions. Tina (pronounced Tyna) moved here in 1991 from Texas. As an Amelia Island resident and beachgoer for more than 30 years, Tina has a deep knowledge of the area. At one time, she owned and operated a flight school and still holds a commercial pilots license. She worked for an election cycle with the Supervisor of Elections, and then in the home and auto insurance industry for many years, transitioning to real estate in 2015. Her husband is active with the Fernandina Beach Police Department, and Tina takes pride in being part of a law enforcement family. Tina’s daughter was born and raised in Fernandina Beach, though she now is married and living in Colorado. Fortunately for Tina, her daughter returns to Northeast Florida for work every few months, giving them wonderful Mother-Daughter time. Tina enjoys walking on the beach and hunting for shark’s teeth. What’s most important to Tina: “I pride myself on quick, accessible communication and going above and beyond. I truly love helping people. I care, and love building strong, lasting relationships with my customers!”.
